I faced several issues , starting with the check-in process which took an unnecessarily long time. The room I was given had a strong mildew smell and visible stains on the carpet, which ruined the overall relaxation. Although the staff was quick to address my concerns, I was left disappointed with the state of cleanliness and the lack of proper maintenance throughout the hotel.

Beautiful and absolutely great hotel, I appreciated good breakfast!

The hotel was fairly clean with very very helpful staff, it was a relaxing base for celebrating birthday. This location was convenient, short walk to clubhouse, the airport and ferry to Samal Island and Davao which supposedly Dubai to Manila...

Clean room, spacious bathroom, and a well-equipped gym facility complemented our stay, and the morning breakfast buffet offered tasty options that was so good.

I've had a very pleasant stay of BASIC customer service. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very industrial area, just off other tourist destinations, large trucks and restaurants.

Exceptionally attentive staff, and the food at the Thai restaurant was a true culinary delight. The Beautiful Suite was undeniably spacious, scoring high on comfort with a large bed!

Check-in process was painfully slow, dampening spirits after a long journey. Certain areas lacked cleanliness, evident from a somewhat grimy pool area that needed better maintenance.

The Beautiful King Room felt spacious and cozy. The strong wifi connection, a big plus. I appreciated the JBL bluetooth speaker in the room. Breakfast featured a good variety and delicious options.

The noise from the hallway was somewhat distracting at times.
